To qualify for a LIHTC home, the households gross (pre-tax) annual income must be at or below the following amounts based on the number of occupants in the home: 1 - $41,160, 2 - $47,040, 3 - $52,920, 4 - $58,800, 5 - $63,540.
Section 42 LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) housing provides affordable living options to qualifying residents. Any floor plan labeled with "(LIHTC)" falls under this program and additional qualifications must be met. Please reach out to our leasing office for any questions.
